
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Represented by its incubators and entrepreneurship center, Al-Baha University is going to organize the Innovation in Tourism Hackathon as part of Al Baha summer events, which will run from the 28th of July to the 1st of August.
Al Baha University stated that this hackathon is considered a unique opportunity to meet up with new entrepreneurs and the elite of experts and mentors in the entrepreneurship scene and get educated on the freshest solutions and techniques of supporting brilliant ideas in the tourism sector, according to a recent press release by the Saudi Press Agency.
The University also announced cash rewards worth SAR6000 that go to the best innovative ideas, in addition to a chance to be bolstered by the university’s incubators and entrepreneurship center.
This hackathon is expected to participate in improving the tourism sector alongside its services in the Saudi Kingdom by translating the ideas of participants into reality and creating smart products to serve as better solutions for the challenges in the sector.
