Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Egyptian real estate developer Palm Hills plans to establish and develop 10 to 15 schools in Saudi Arabia within the upcoming period, according to Chairman and Group CEO Yasseen Mansour.
The Egyptian developer formed a real estate company in the Kingdom to explore new investment opportunities in Jeddah and Riyadh, Mansour stated in an interview with Asharq Business.
In August, Palm Hills announced the establishment of a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, in a bid to expand its footprint in the Saudi real estate sector.
It should be noted that key real estate companies in Egypt have shifted their focus toward the Saudi market since 2022, capitalizing on the significant leap in the Saudi urban development sector.
