Bayanat closed an undisclosed pre-series A round to develop its GenAI-powered platform

Muscat - Sharikat Mubasher: Byanat, the pioneering AI platform for digital infrastructure observability based in Oman, successfully closed an undisclosed pre-series A funding round to strengthen its team, accelerate product development, and expand its footprint across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to serve a growing base of enterprise customers.

The round was led by Golden Gate Ventures and saw participation from Qatar Development Bank (QDB), Omantel Innovation Labs, Salcia Oryx Fund, Waad Investment, PlusVC, and high-profile angel investors, according to a recent statement by the company.

Bayanat platform leverages advanced generative AI, agentic architecture, and LLM capabilities to provide actionable insights and enhance digital infrastructure performance through dynamic dashboards and autonomous operations, empowering enterprises to manage, optimize, and scale critical systems efficiently.

This investment will further help Bayanat enhance its AI-driven solutions, ensuring that telecom operators and data centers can seamlessly navigate the complexities of modern digital infrastructure.

Ahmed Alghadani, Co-founder and CEO of Byanat, stated that the round marks the beginning of a new chapter in Byanat’s journey to redefine digital infrastructure observability for telecom operators and data centers. “By strengthening our team and accelerating product development around our unified AI platform, built on agentic AI architecture, we are enhancing our capabilities and expanding our reach.”

Meanwhile, Michael Lints, Partner at Golden Gate Ventures MENA, commented: “Golden Gate Ventures is thrilled to partner with Byanat and support their mission to revolutionize the telecom and data center industries through their innovative platform.”

For his part, Mohammed Al-Emadi, Acting Executive Director of Investment and Incubation at Qatar Development Bank, stated that the investment reflects QDB's ongoing commitment to supporting startup expansion in Qatar, fostering and attracting innovation, and supporting the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Founded in 2022, Bayanat targets transforming how telecom operators and data centers monitor, maintain, and optimize their digital infrastructure. It has a presence across the GCC region, with offices in Muscat, Riyadh, and Doha.
