Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) organizes the "Innovation Week," which runs between 20 to 27 April in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Madinah.

Organized in collaboration with the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA) and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), the initiative brings together 40 public and private sector enablers to explore the intersection of entrepreneurship and innovation, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.

Innovation Week aims to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about the investment potential in the innovation sector by introducing them to a range of support services, programs, and funding opportunities provided by both government and private institutions. Participating organizations include RDIA, SAIP, and the Misk Foundation, among others.

Key speakers at the event include Abdulaziz Alswailem, CEO of SAIP, Badr Al-Bader, CEO of Misk Foundation, and Mohammed Alotaibi, Acting Head of RDIA. The lineup will lead dialogue sessions and roundtables focused on strengthening the role of SMEs in the innovation ecosystem and unlocking opportunities for founders.

The event also offers advisory services, mentorship sessions, and consultations to support the integration of SMEs into the innovation landscape and tackle challenges they may face. Visitors will also get the chance to hear directly from successful entrepreneurs and industry leaders, highlighting real-world stories and strategies for overcoming obstacles in the startup journey.
