Apple launched the Apple Store online and Apple Store app in Saudi Arabia, introducing Arabic support for the first time

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Global tech giant Apple launched the Apple Store online and Apple Store application in Saudi Arabia, providing direct support from Apple in Arabic for the first time, to expand Apple Retail into the Kingdom.

This milestone represents a new era for customers in Saudi Arabia, who will shop Apple’s full lineup of products with exceptional service delivered by Apple’s teams, the company announced in a press release today.

The Apple Store app will provide customers in Saudi Arabia with a personalized shopping experience with recommendations tailored to the Apple products they already own. Customers can also compare different models, access their saved items, and track their orders.

Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People, said: “We are thrilled to bring the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app to Saudi Arabia, offering customers a new way to explore and shop Apple’s extraordinary lineup of products and services.”

For a more convenient and flexible experience, the Apple Store online will offer an affordability option through Tamara’s buy now, pay later (BNPL) service, allowing customers to shop their favorite lineups and pay in four-month installments at 0% interest.

With AppleCare+, customers will receive one-stop service and support from Apple experts available on iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch. AppleCare+ provides customers with two years of priority support and service, priority access to experts, and protection for their devices.

Moreover, Apple unveiled its plans to inaugurate its first Apple Store location in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, by 2026.
