
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Special Integrated Logistics Zones Company (SILZ), a pioneering Saudi developer and operator of integrated logistics zones, forged a strategic partnership with the global infrastructure leader, AECOM, to accelerate the growth of integrated logistics in the Kingdom.
In a recent statement, AECOM revealed that it will deliver project management consultancy and strategic advisory services for Riyadh Integrated, SILZ’s flagship integrated logistics zone.
The agreement was signed by Fayez Alsaikhan, Chief Development Officer of SILZ, and Mousa Mashraqi, Chief Operating Officer of AECOM, in the presence of several senior officials from both companies.
Chief Executive Officer of SILZ Company, Fadi Al-Buhairan, stated that the partnership with AECOM represents a pivotal moment for the company and the Kingdom’s journey to become a global integrated logistics hub. “Their expertise in project management and strategic advisory will accelerate the development of Riyadh Integrated, ensuring we deliver world-class infrastructure and services tailored for high-growth sectors.”

Riyadh Integrated Zone was built to serve high-growth sectors such as communications and information technology, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace, offering a fully integrated logistics ecosystem, including pre-built warehouses, build-to-suit units, land plots, offices, and showrooms.
