Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Hospitality Network (THN), a UAE-based platform connecting decision-makers in hospitality and real estate, announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia with the opening of a Riyadh office, supported by business expansion partner AstroLabs.

As per a recent press release, the new Saudi hub will focus on driving collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth in the Kingdom’s fast-evolving hospitality and real estate sectors, in line with Vision 2030.

Founded in 2014, THN is known for high-impact, invite-only events that foster partnerships across the region.

The announcement follows the successful hosting of The 2025 KSA Stakeholder Gathering in Riyadh, which featured industry awards recognizing sustainability and luxury hospitality pioneers. THN plans to build on this momentum with curated events, roundtables, and consulting services for developers, operators, and suppliers to accelerate new investments and projects.

Petvin Fernandes, the Company’s CEO, said Saudi Arabia’s scale and ambition present unique opportunities for industry transformation, while AstroLabs’ Alex Nicholls noted THN’s role in shaping the region’s future through innovation and connectivity.
