Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECZA) rolled out a campaign to spotlight the growth of strategic industrial clusters within Saudi Arabia’s Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and encourage international investors to seize emerging opportunities.
The campaign, running on ECZA’s X and LinkedIn accounts, spotlights five key clusters: automotive in KAEC SEZ, food processing in Jazan SEZ, maritime industries in Ras Al Khair SEZ, cloud computing in the Cloud SEZ, and transport and logistics linked to King Abdullah Port.
The initiative underscores the role of SEZs in driving economic diversification, attracting global companies, and creating jobs in line with Vision 2030. Major firms such as Lucid Motors and Hyundai have already expanded in the Kingdom, benefiting from advanced supply chains and skilled talent pools.
Nabil Khojah, ECZA Secretary General, said the authority’s priority is to foster conditions that enable sustainable sector growth. He added that industrial clustering within SEZs will help create a competitive business environment that strengthens Saudi Arabia’s long-term diversification strategy.
