
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Valor Hospitality Partners, a global leader in hotel management, is expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia through a landmark partnership that aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.
As per a recent press release, the company has signed a master agreement with a leading Saudi investment firm to develop and manage 25 hotels across the country over the next nine years.
The new portfolio, totaling over 3,000 rooms, will debut in December 2026 under a Saudi hospitality brand created by the investment partner.
Under the deal, the Saudi firm will handle ownership and development, while Valor will oversee hotel management, marketing, and brand positioning, bringing its global expertise to strengthen operational performance in the Kingdom.
Speaking at Tourise 2025 in Riyadh, Julien Bergue, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Valor Hospitality Partners Middle East, said the collaboration reflects Saudi Arabia’s fast-evolving hospitality landscape, adding that Valor aims to “create value through performance, innovation, and partnerships built on trust.”
Beyond the Kingdom, Valor continues to grow globally, with 2025 marking more than US$1 billion in new property signings and openings across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
