
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Savvy Games Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding with King Saud University to develop future talent in Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing games and esports sector.
The agreement sets the foundation for joint programs focused on skill-building, knowledge exchange, and creating pathways for students to enter the gaming and interactive entertainment industry, as per a recent press release.
Under the partnership, Savvy and KSU will work together to design high-quality training and learning experiences for students in relevant fields. Savvy said the collaboration supports the objectives of the Savvy Academy and contributes to the National Gaming and Esports Strategy under Vision 2030, which aims to build a globally competitive gaming ecosystem.
King Saud University noted that the initiative will provide students with access to one of the world’s most dynamic industries, preparing them for new career opportunities in digital entertainment, game development, and esports.
The agreement forms part of Savvy’s broader effort to partner with leading Saudi universities to strengthen the local talent pipeline and equip youth with future-ready skills aligned with the Kingdom’s economic diversification goals.
