BotSense launches WhatsApp CRM services in Saudi Arabia

BotSense announced the launch of its WhatsApp CRM services in Saudi Arabia, multiple key sector in the market

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: BotSense, an India-based leading WhatsApp Business API and CRM platform, launched its specialized WhatsApp CRM services in Saudi Arabia, targeting key sectors, including real estate, retail and FMCG, healthcare, automotive, education and training, and hospitality and tourism.

The new service provides a shared Arabic and English team inbox, custom sales pipeline stages, automated 60-second first response, bulk WhatsApp campaign management, and AI chatbot first-level query handling, the company revealed in a recent statement.

Through the new WhatsApp CRM services, Saudi businesses will be able to communicate with customers, manage sales pipelines, and run marketing campaigns on WhatsApp 24/7.
