Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based AIREV, an AI platform developer, signed a strategic partnership with Qualcomm Technologies to integrate its OnDemand autonomous AI platform with Qualcomm Dragonwing products.
As per a recent press release, the collaboration will enable enterprises and governments to deploy AI agents on-premises and at the edge, including through the Qualcomm Dragonwing AI On-Prem Appliance, allowing organizations to run sovereign AI while keeping data within their preferred environments.
OnDemand is a no- and low-code platform for building, deploying, and managing autonomous AI agents without mandatory cloud dependency. It can operate across sovereign data centers, corporate servers and edge devices, and currently serves more than four million users globally with over 300 specialized agents supporting more than 50 languages.
AIREV said its products processed 6.8 trillion tokens in the second quarter of 2026, representing roughly sixfold growth from the same period a year earlier.
The partnership will combine AIREV’s AI software with Qualcomm’s Dragonwing portfolio, expanding access to agentic AI across enterprise, government and industrial environments.
Muhammad Khalid, Founder and CEO of AIREV, said the collaboration would enable AI agents to operate across environments ranging from on-premises infrastructure to intelligent edge deployments.
