Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: AHOY, a deep-tech infrastructure company focused on Physical AI, inked a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Lumina Partners, a MENA and Europe-based strategic advisory firm, to push AI deployments across public-sector mobility and critical infrastructure programs.
According to a recent press release, this partnership combines AHOY’s technology stack, designed to run on-chip and support sovereign Physical AI, with Lumina Partners’ expertise in structuring technology partnerships for government and enterprise clients.
The companies will work on deploying Physical AI solutions across mobility and critical infrastructure programs in the European Union and GCC, while developing sovereign AI pilots and integration models that operate under data sovereignty, latency, compliance, and resilience requirements.
The alliance will also support go-to-market strategies aligned with national AI priorities and help governments and enterprises transition from legacy systems to AI environments without relying on foreign-controlled cloud infrastructure.
Commenting on this, Jamil Shinawi, Founder and CEO of AHOY, said demand for localized and auditable AI in critical infrastructure has become an operational requirement.
Meanwhile, Hamza Salah-Mars, Founder and CEO of Lumina Partners, said the partnership will help translate government AI strategies into deployable systems and measurable operational outcomes.
