
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The UAE-based data and insights company, Crowd Analyzer, has been acquired by a group of Saudi investors in a deal whose details are undisclosed.
This deal aims to enable the company to further expand into new markets and develop a bigger pack of data analysis solutions, as well as integrate new data sources and develop some advanced analytical features, according to a press release issued recently by the company.
Founded in 2013, Crowd Analyzer offers an Arabic-language-focused social monitoring platform to analyze posts on social media sites and tell businesses who the people are and how they feel in order to target their marketing campaigns better.
The company's solution includes a Crowd Analyzer Dashboard, Command Center, and Offline Media Monitoring. The solution uses proprietary algorithms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to select the most trending topics in people’s conversations by analyzing hashtags, phrases, and words.
On this occasion, Ahmed Saad, CEO of Crowd Analyzer asserted that his company will leverage its new resources to enhance its services and develop innovative products aiming to help increase the growth of new startups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Notably, Crowd Analyzer has successfully raised over $6 Million in funds to support its growth and expansion and crawled over 3 billion records setting her as a leader in Data and Insights in the MENA region.
