Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: A delegation encompassing several Saudi entities is set to participate in GITEX Global 2024, the biggest tech and startup show in the world, to showcase the technological transformation journey of the industrial and mining sectors in Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi delegation includes the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, the Saudi Mining Services Company, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon), the Industrial Center, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi EXIM Bank, the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and the Saudi Geological Survey, a recent statement by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources revealed.
Through this participation, the Saudi industry and mineral resources ecosystem aims to highlight its experience in digital transformation and present the latest technological services and digital products offered by the ecosystem’s entities.
The delegation further targets introducing investment opportunities and opening communication channels with global investors, in addition to providing an overview of industrial innovation initiatives and applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
GITEX Global 2024 is scheduled to take place from 14 to 18 October at the Dubai World Trade Center, with the participation of global innovators, industry leaders, and tech enthusiasts.
