Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher:  Saba Intellectual Property (Saba IP), a leading firm specializing in trademark and patent registration across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to government entities and private companies in Saudi Arabia, Mohamed Abdelkader, a representative of Saba IP, stated in an interview with Sharikat Mubasher.

Speaking on the sidelines of the Saudi Franchise Expo 2025, Abdelkader stated that the company uses an internal data system designed to prevent conflicts between trademarks. He also noted that the biggest challenge facing Saba IP lies in navigating the ongoing changes in jurisdictions across the region.

Abdelkader emphasized that Saudi Arabia holds significant potential for startups, offering a promising future in the intellectual property (IP) sector.

With 16 offices across the MENA region, Saba IP is a key player in the prosecution, registration, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. The firm provides a wide range of legal and paralegal services, including counseling on trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights.

Founded in 1926, Saba IP has consistently maintained its position as one of the top regional intellectual property firms, continuing to expand its services to meet the evolving needs of clients in the region.

The Saudi Franchise Expo 2025 takes part in Riyadh from 27 to 29 January, serving as a dynamic platform for entrepreneurs and investors to enter the world of franchising, giving them the chance to meet and network with leading franchisors and discover the latest investment opportunities across various sectors.

It features a comprehensive educational program, including workshops and training seminars covering all aspects of franchising.
