Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saleh Al-Jasser, Saudi Transport Minister inaugurated the first digital employee at Saudi Ground Services (SGS), a step designed to boost the company's operational efficiency.

The launch was attended by Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), and Mohammed Mazi, SGS CEO, as announced by the Ministry.

This move aligns with SGS's digital transformation strategy, which emphasizes automation and artificial intelligence to improve operations and service quality. The digital employee was also issued the company’s first professional ID.

Programmed to handle routine tasks, the digital employee is expected to save over 10,000 work hours annually. Its duties include managing attendance, generating instant reports, and analyzing data, ensuring teams are prepared in real time to meet operational needs.

This automation improves productivity, enhances services for airlines and passengers, and allows staff to focus on strategic initiatives instead of repetitive tasks.
