Cairo – Sharikat Mubasher: Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, Edafa Venture, and Prime Group Egypt joined forces to launch PropTech Hub, a new platform focused on investing in and accelerating real estate technology startups across Egypt and the wider region.
Described as the first specialized platform dedicated to supporting PropTech startups in Egypt and the wider region, PropTech Hub aims to identify promising real estate technology companies, invest in them, and accelerate their growth through funding, strategic guidance, operational support, and industry connections.
PropTech Hub will operate around three main pillars — Connect, Innovate, and Elevate — focusing on linking entrepreneurs with investors and developers, encouraging technology-driven solutions, and helping startups scale their businesses regionally.
Commenting on this, Mahmoud Farag, CEO of Prime Group Egypt, said the initiative aims to create a structured investment ecosystem capable of turning innovative ideas into scalable companies with measurable market impact.
Meanwhile, Essam Ali, CEO of Edafa Venture, described PropTech as one of the most promising sectors over the coming decade, while Sherif Hassan, Chairman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage, said the platform would help bridge the gap between technological innovation and real-world real estate implementation.
The company is expected to announce its first startup cohort and strategic roadmap during a dedicated launch event in the coming weeks.
