Muscat – Sharikat Mubasher: ahlibank announced the launch of ahli tamkeen SME Academy, a three-month program designed to strengthen the capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and support their sustainable growth in Oman.
As per a recent press release, the program will provide SME owners with interactive workshops, coaching sessions, and one-on-one consultations covering key business processes, growth opportunities, market fluctuations, and strategies to improve competitiveness and resilience.
Participants will also have access to qualified business coaches who will help them address specific challenges, define business goals, and develop tailored growth plans. The initiative will further enable SMEs to build connections with entrepreneurs and industry experts.
Commenting on this, Zaliya Al Balushi, General Manager and Head of Corporate Banking at ahlibank, said the program reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting a resilient and competitive SME ecosystem and advancing Oman’s economic diversification.
The initiative aligns with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, particularly its focus on entrepreneurship, SME development, and economic diversification.
