
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Saudi Arabia secured credit facilities totaling SAR 420.7 billion during the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, representing 10.8% of total credit facilities.
According to the monthly bulletin released by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), medium-sized enterprises received the largest share, amounting to SAR 206.3 billion, followed by small enterprises with SAR 154.2 billion, and micro enterprises with SAR 60.1 billion.
Banks provided SAR 402.1 billion of these credit facilities in Q2-25, while finance companies contributed SAR 18.5 billion.
These figures reflect Saudi Arabia’s continued efforts to empower MSMEs through accessible financing and supportive policies to expand and innovate, in alignment with Vision 2030’s economic diversification goal.
