HUMAIN partners with FII Institute to accelerate global AI leadership

HUMAIN signed a strategic partnership aggreement with FII Institute to accelerate global AI leadership

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: HUMAIN, Saudi Arabia’s artificial intelligence (AI) company backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute to advance human-centric AI innovation ahead of the ninth edition of the FII Institute’s flagship conference (FII9) in Riyadh.

During the conference, HUMAIN is expected to reveal a series of major product and partnership announcements, according to an official statement by the FII Institute.

This partnership underscores HUMAIN’s mission to position Saudi Arabia as a global hub for AI innovation and accelerate the shift toward a knowledge-based economy.   

Commenting on the partnership, Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said: “This collaboration is about gaining insights and creating opportunities for AI to enable both the Global North and the Global South. The upcoming announcements we are unveiling at FII are going to change the game and unlock new possibilities for how AI can serve humanity.” 

HUMAIN will combine its cutting-edge capabilities with FII Institute’s global thought leadership ecosystem to accelerate the development and deployment of AI solutions that create meaningful impact on humanity, strengthening innovation, competitiveness, and human-AI synergies across industries worldwide.

Richard Attias, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Acting CEO of the FII Institute, stated: “By partnering with HUMAIN, we are combining Saudi Arabia’s ambition and capability with FII Institute’s global reach. Together, we will shape the future of AI in ways that drive innovation, strengthen economies, and ensure technology truly serves humanity.” 

Moreover, the partnership reinforces FII Institute’s commitment to advancing AI and Robotics, one of its four critical focus areas.

This aligns with Rawajeh Group’s approach towards investing in entities capable of achieving balanced and sustainable growth.Aqeel Alrajhi, CEO of Rawajeh Group, stated that the investment reflects the group’s confidence in Khwarizmi Holding’s robust business model and its ability to manage specialized investments in private markets efficiently.For his part, Ibrahim Almojel, Founding Partner at Khwarizmi Holding, affirmed that the partnership will help the company accelerate the execution of its investment strategy that focuses on building specialized platforms in private markets and developing diverse investment products that meet the expectations of institutional investors.Moreover, this collaboration reflects the shared vision of both entities to build an investment ecosystem that is based on integration and added value.
