
Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Dubai Chambers announced inking a Memorandum of Understanding with e-commerce platform Trendyol to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in expanding their digital presence and sales.
Under the partnership, SMEs referred by Dubai Chambers will receive an exclusive onboarding package, including a 40% discount on Trendyol’s introductory commission rate for the first three months, compared with the standard 20% discount available to sellers, as per a recent press release.
The package also includes dedicated homepage visibility, free advertising credits, campaign exposure, priority account management and hands-on onboarding assistance, including product uploads, as per a recent press release.
The partnership will also provide a structured training program covering foundational e-commerce skills, including product listings, inventory management, pricing and operations, alongside advanced modules on advertising, promotions and performance analysis. Live webinars will give sellers access to additional guidance through Trendyol Academy.
Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the partnership would help SMEs strengthen their digital capabilities and access new growth opportunities.
Mohamad ElAnsari, CEO of Trendyol Gulf, said the platform aims to provide businesses with the infrastructure, insights, visibility and scale needed to grow.
Since launching in the UAE in 2023, Trendyol has onboarded more than 15,500 regional sellers.
