
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi and Italian investment entities finalized 22 investment agreements during the Saudi-Italian Investment and Business Forum, spanning various sectors including communications and information technology, tourism, healthcare, and sports.
The forum took place in Riyadh on 25 November and gathered over 800 Italian private sector attendees for high-quality discussions on specialized economic topics, aiming to identify new areas of collaboration serving both countries’ interests, according to a recent statement by the Saudi Ministry of Investment (MISA).
The Saudi Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih, Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, Matteo Zoppas, President of the Italian Trade Agency, and other high-level officials attended the forum.
The event was divided into five strategic segments: infrastructure, automotive, sustainable transportation, construction and furniture; pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and life sciences; high technology; agritech and agro-industry; and cultural and sports industries.
