
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions by stc) announced it has signed a SAR 132.4 million contract with stc to design, equip, and upgrade digital infrastructure for a data center network supporting cloud services, according to a disclosure on Tadawul.
The three-year agreement includes the supply, design, and installation of hardware, systems, and integrated technical solutions aimed at enhancing the network’s cloud capabilities. The financial impact of the contract is expected to begin reflecting in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Listed on Tadawul, solutions operates as a key digital transformation arm of stc, providing ICT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services to enterprises and government entities across Saudi Arabia. stc remains the majority shareholder in the company, holding a 79% stake.
