Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Hassan Allam Holding, an Egyptian engineering and construction group, announced it has signed a SAR 2.7 billion contract to develop the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Residences, and Mixed-Use Super Block in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.

As per a recent press release, the project was awarded by Diriyah Company to Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, the group's Saudi subsidiary, in a joint venture with UCC Saudi. The agreement was signed in the presence of Hassan Allam, Chairman and CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, and Samer Ibrahim, CEO of UCC Holding.

The mixed-use development will span approximately 241,000 square meters of built-up area and will feature a 200-key Waldorf Astoria hotel, 47 branded residences, commercial and office buildings, an integrated super basement, and public spaces. The project forms part of the ongoing transformation of Diriyah into one of Saudi Arabia's flagship cultural and tourism destinations.

Hassan Allam Holding said the contract strengthens its long-standing collaboration with Diriyah Company and reflects its commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 development goals. The company, which has operated across the Middle East and North Africa for more than 90 years, said it remains focused on delivering landmark projects that combine quality, innovation, and sustainability.
