Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company announced that its subsidiary, SAL Zones Company, has secured a SAR 2.5 billion Shariah-compliant credit facility from Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) to finance the development of the SAL Logistics Zone in Saudi Arabia.

The 15-year facility was obtained on August 24, 2026, and is backed by a corporate guarantee from SAL, along with promissory notes.

According to SAL’s disclosure on Tadawul, the financing will cover capital and operating expenditures related to the development of the SAL Logistics Zone project.

The latest financing comes as SAL continues to expand its logistics infrastructure in line with Saudi Arabia’s efforts to strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a regional logistics hub.
