Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Ghanem, a Saudi digital real estate platform specializing in fractional ownership, announced it has raised an additional $1.5 million in a pre-seed extension, bringing its total funding to $8.6 million.
As per a recent press release by the company, this extension attracted real estate companies and strategic angel investors, adding their collateral expertise to support the development of the fractional ownership platform in the Kingdom.
The latest funding follows an initial $7.1 million round secured from Al-Romaih Group, a Saudi investment group with experience in real estate and financial services. Ghanem operates under the regulatory oversight of the Real Estate General Authority’s (REGA) Regulatory Sandbox.
The company said it has completed several property transactions and maintained monthly rental income distributions to investors. Its first income-generating property offering resulted in digital fractional ownership deeds being issued to 580 investors.
Ghanem plans to continue developing its product, diversifying its property investment opportunities and building partnerships to expand fractional real estate ownership in Saudi Arabia.
