The partnership aims to make property investment transactions faster and more reliable across PRYPCO's digital platforms

Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Checkout.com, a global digital payments provider, has partnered with PRYPCO, a UAE-based digital real estate ownership platform, to improve payment performance and expand digital investment services.

As per a recent press release, this partnership contributed to a 20% higher payment acceptance rates for PRYPCO  since integrating Checkout.com’s payment infrastructure in July, reducing declined transactions and improving the customer experience.

The collaboration initially supported PRYPCO Blocks, the company’s fractional property investment platform, enabling faster payment processing, improved transaction security, and more competitive processing rates. The companies have since expanded the partnership to include PRYPCO Mint, its real estate tokenization platform.

Checkout.com’s network tokenization technology replaces sensitive card details with secure digital identifiers, helping protect customer information and reduce false declines. Its global payout capabilities also enable PRYPCO customers to fund and withdraw from their accounts with near-instant access.

PRYPCO provides digital services spanning fractional property investment, mortgages, real estate tokenization, gold investment, Golden Visa applications, and wills.

The company has facilitated real estate transactions worth more than AED 20 billion for over 110,000 customers across the UAE.
