Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Ministry of investment has won two International Awards at the International Customer Experience Awards 2024 (ICXA24) in London, organized by Awards International for recognizing its innovative investor services.

The Ministry announced on its official account on x.com that it secured the gold award being the best call center with over 500 employees.

Moreover, the Ministry won the bronze award for achieving the best digital transformation among over 300 entities representing 50 states worldwide.

The International Customer Experience Awards is a global program, with entrants from all over the world, that celebrates the incredible work done by CX professionals from companies large and small.
