
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: center3, a subsidiary of stc Group and a leading provider of international data centers and communications services, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Eastern Province Municipality to deepen collaboration and drive investment in land allocated for data centers.
Under this MoU, both parties will join efforts and share expertise to attract local and international investments, and identify investment opportunities within the Eastern Province, center3 announced in a recent statement.
This collaboration aims to foster a future-ready investment environment and underscores the shared commitment of both parties to driving economic development in the Kingdom, in alignment with Vision 2030.
The partnership came as part of center3’s strategy to accelerate data center expansions and meet the growing demand for AI and cloud computing services.
Providing international data centers and communications services via submarine cables, center3 currently operates around 25 data centers and has expanded its submarine cables network to include 16 cables connecting three continents.
