
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The total number of existing e-commerce registrations in Saudi Arabia reached 39,366 by the end of the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, opposite to 41,322 registrations in Q1-25.
The quarterly report released by the Ministry of Commerce stated that Riyadh province acquired the largest share with 16,598 registrations, followed by Makkah province (10,038 registrations), Eastern province (6,124 registrations), Madinah province (1,788 registrations), and Al Qassim province (1,231 registrations).
The e-commerce sector plays an instrumental role in realizing Vision 2030’s objectives and enhancing the national economy. Within the past years, this promising sector witnessed a remarkable growth, triggered by increasing digital adoption and government efforts to streamline business registrations.
