Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Qaws.ai, a Saudi-based AI recruitment technology company, has announced the acquisition of Samas Gamify, a behavioral and psychological assessment platform that uses gamified evaluations.

As per a recent press release, this deal aims to strengthen Qaws.ai’s candidate assessment capabilities and enhance its recruitment solutions for Saudi employers.

Through this acquisition, Qaws.ai seeks to accelerate hiring processes, reduce recruitment costs, and improve candidate matching accuracy across sectors, including telecommunications, technology, finance, and services.

The integrated platform now combines educational verification, skills assessment, and AI-driven job matching, in full compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. The addition of Samas Gamify’s technology introduces advanced behavioral and psychological analysis tools, enabling employers to better evaluate candidate competencies and cultural fit.

Qaws.ai explained that its platform operates through three main pillars: educational verification through direct integration with Saudi and global university databases, skills evaluation based on technical and behavioral standards set by the Ministry of Human Resources, and intelligent job matching that analyzes more than 50 factors to determine compatibility between candidates and roles.

The company emphasized that all user data is securely stored within the Kingdom, and that the platform operates in both Arabic and English—reflecting its commitment to compliant, localized, and intelligent recruitment solutions.
