Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Cheval Collection announced it has signed an agreement with Ladun Investment Company to launch Cheval Maison – Sulaymaniyah, a new property set to open in central Riyadh in 2028.

According to a recent press release, the project marks the second collaboration between the two companies, following the recently announced Cheval Ladun Living.

The upcoming property will blend contemporary design with traditional architectural elements, offering Cheval’s signature hospitality to both long-stay and short-stay guests. The partnership reflects the continued expansion of high-end hospitality offerings in Saudi Arabia and underscores Cheval and Ladun’s shared ambition to develop standout destinations in the Kingdom.

Both companies expressed strong enthusiasm for the project as they work together to bring the new Riyadh development to life.
