Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) launched three new employment-linked training initiatives during the UNIDO General Conference in Riyadh, committing more than SAR68 million to develop the skills of 356 Saudi nationals.
The programs include specialized training delivered in the Kingdom and in China, with a focus on industrial fields such as electric vehicles and advanced electronics. The agreements will cover training expenses and provide incentives tied to future job placement.
HRDF noted that the initiative is intended to raise the quality of training, improve workforce readiness, and build competitive national talent across key and emerging sectors within the labor market.
