Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced it has approved 16 technology companies to deliver digital government projects under a revenue-sharing model, after they met the required qualification standards.

As per DGA’s press release, this move aims to better organize the digital transformation market and open the door for deeper private-sector involvement in developing and operating government digital services. By sharing revenues, the model is designed to improve project execution, enhance service quality, and support more sustainable digital operations.

The latest round follows the earlier qualification of nine companies, bringing the total number approved under this track to 25. The Authority said the framework is aligned with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, ensuring transparency and fair competition.

Companies were approved across three categories, ranging from major national tech providers to specialized digital and consulting firms. The initiative forms part of broader efforts to boost competitiveness, encourage innovation, and build a stronger digital ecosystem in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
