Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Phoenix Venture Partners Limited (PVP) announced the third closing of its first investment fund, Phoenix Venture Partners Innovation Fund CEIC Limited (PVPIF), attracting new investors from the United States, France, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
As per a recent press release, the new players include institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, reflecting growing international interest in venture capital opportunities across the GCC and wider Middle East and North Africa region.
Steve Khayat, founder and CEO of Phoenix Venture Partners, said the closing shows strong confidence in the region’s venture capital ecosystem despite global market uncertainties.
The fund is investing in innovation-driven companies across the region, particularly startups developing scalable technologies and solutions with global potential.
Phoenix Venture Partners said the fund will continue accepting new investments ahead of its planned final closing in October 2026, as it seeks to support emerging startups and strengthen the venture capital ecosystem in the GCC and MENA region.
