Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Solutions+, a Mubadala-owned business consultancy specializing in digital solutions and shared services, announced it has partnered with Inception, a G42 company, to accelerate the deployment of enterprise AI solutions across the Mubadala Investment Company ecosystem and the wider GCC market.

As per a recent press release, this partnership was announced during Make it in the Emirates 2026 and aims to help organizations transition from pilot AI projects to fully integrated operational systems. Under the agreement, Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director of Solutions+, and Ashish Koshy, CEO of Inception, signed the partnership agreement. Solutions+ will oversee delivery, governance, and client engagement, while Inception will continue leading AI product development and innovation.

The collaboration will focus on implementing enterprise AI products across Mubadala Group entities as well as government and private sector clients in the UAE and the GCC. It will also support enterprise integration through Oracle-based systems and pre-built connectors designed to embed AI into daily business operations.

The companies said the partnership supports the UAE’s broader ambitions to integrate advanced technologies into core industries while enabling organizations to scale AI adoption in a structured and commercially viable way.
