Abu Dhabi - Sharikat Mubasher: CNTXT AI, a UAE-based data and AI company, acquired Actualize, an enterprise AI company building dialect-aware Arabic voice agents for the GCC, to expand enterprise-grade Arabic AI agents.
Through this acquisition, Actualize’s technology and team will be integrated into CNTXT AI, strengthening its Arabic voice AI and enabling sovereign AI agents that can act on requests across enterprise and government environments, the company revealed in a statement today.
Together, CNTXT AI and Actualize give organizations a simpler, more complete path from raw data to production-grade Arabic AI systems.
Hassan Abu Sheikh, Co-Founder of CNTXT AI, stated that the acquisition will enable both entities to offer enterprises and government entities Arabic voice agents that can be deployed securely, hosted in-region, and embedded directly into day-to-day operations.
