Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company (SAL) announced the establishment of SAL International Ground Handling B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, as part of its strategy to expand its air cargo ground handling operations beyond Saudi Arabia.

The company said in an announcement on Tadawul that the new entity will serve primarily as an international holding company and a platform to support its global growth ambitions in the air cargo handling sector.

SAL noted that the establishment of the subsidiary is not expected to have an immediate material financial impact. However, the company anticipates that the move will contribute positively to its consolidated financial performance over the longer term.

The logistics provider added that it will disclose any significant developments related to the subsidiary in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
