Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Apparel Group, a regional fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate, has partnered with Knowledge Economic City (KEC) to bring 24 international retail and dining brands to Multaqa AlMadinah Mall in Madinah.
According to an official press release, the agreement will make Apparel Group the mall’s premier retail partner, with the company introducing 18 fashion, lifestyle and specialty retail brands alongside six food and beverage concepts.
Ten of the brands, including Nando’s, Koton, Wagamama, Birkenstock, Levi’s, Forever New and Rituals, will enter the Madinah market for the first time through the development. The new offerings are expected to expand the city’s retail and dining landscape for residents, visitors and pilgrims.
Developed by KEC, Multaqa AlMadinah Mall forms part of an integrated mixed-use destination featuring retail spaces, a 390-key Hilton hotel, 66 Hilton-branded residences, commercial offices and public spaces.
The partnership will cover 8,686 square meters of flagship retail and dining space and supports Madinah’s broader development ambitions under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Apparel Group said Saudi Arabia remains a key growth market, while KEC described the agreement as a major milestone for the mall and Madinah’s evolving retail sector.
