
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a strategic partnership agreement with Elm Co. to develop and implement joint projects using business models that link the companies’ returns to project outcomes.
Announced during LEAP 2026, the five-year agreement builds on an existing relationship between the two companies, including ongoing projects and initiatives in technology, digital transformation, solutions and services.
Under the partnership, Saudi Azm and Elm will collaborate on high-value projects while sharing returns generated from their joint activities, as per a disclosure to Tadawul. The companies said the model is designed to align their interests, support scalable projects and create additional value for customers and beneficiaries.
The agreement is expected to have a positive financial impact on Saudi Azm during 2026 as projects under the partnership are implemented. However, Saudi Azm said the value of the expected impact cannot currently be determined.
The company also stated that the agreement does not involve any related parties and that it will disclose any material developments resulting from the partnership in due course.
The fifth edition of LEAP 2026 runs from 31 August to 3 September at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh.
The event is expected to attract more than 1,000 global speakers and experts, 1,800 technology companies, 600 startups and 1,900 investors and venture capital representatives, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s growing role as a hub for technology and innovation.
