
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Fawasel, one of the Saudi-based Dallah Albaraka's companies, signed a partnership agreement with Europa-Park Company, the owner of the largest theme park in Germany, to enhance the entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia.
The agreement was signed by Ahmad Kamel, CEO of Fawasel, and Charles Botta, Member of the Management Board of Europa-Park, during the Saudi Entertainment and Amusement (SEA) Expo.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), in addition to other senior officials, industry specialists, and stakeholders.
Under this partnership, both entities will establish a company to enhance the entertainment infrastructure in the Kingdom by providing necessary consultancies and professional training that contribute to the sector’s growth, in alignment with Vision 2030 goals.
Commenting on the partnership, Kamel affirmed it aims to enrich the experience of Saudi Arabia’s visitors, leverage the best global expertise in the entertainment sector, upgrade the quality of life, and contribute to the national gross domestic product (GDP).
He stated that the partnership aligns with Fawasel’s strategy to forge strategic partnerships with local and global entities and upskill Saudi talents.
For his part, Botta stated that Europa-Park will provide exceptional entertainment services and products to upgrade the sector.
Fawasel was founded in 2021 to deliver innovative and extraordinary experiences that enrich the quality of life in Saudi Arabia.
