Three initiatives launched under TDF Grow aim to support entrepreneurs from ideation to scale-up across the Kingdom

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Development Fund (TDF) unveiled three major initiatives under its non-financial enablement arm, TDF Grow, aimed at accelerating entrepreneurship in the Kingdom’s tourism sector.

The programs—Grow Tourism Incubator, Tourism Hackathons & Bootcamps, and Grow Tourism Accelerator—are designed to support startups at various stages of growth and innovation, as per an official press release.

The launch is part of TDF’s broader strategy to foster a dynamic and sustainable tourism ecosystem aligned with Vision 2030 goals. Qusai bin Abdullah Al-Fakhri, TDF CEO, emphasized the Fund’s commitment to providing practical support and building strong connections between startups and key stakeholders across the sector.

The Grow Tourism Incubator, now open for applications until July 17, targets early-stage startups with a 10-month program offering mentorship, shared workspaces, and business services. Meanwhile, the Hackathons & Bootcamps initiative—open for registration through 22 July —focuses on grassroots innovation in Asir, Al-Ahsa, and Al-Madinah regions, guiding participants from ideation to prototype development. The Grow Tourism Accelerator, returning for a new edition, supports scaling startups and has already graduated 99 participants.

To date, TDF Grow has supported over 8,800 beneficiaries, reinforcing its role as a key enabler of Saudi Arabia’s growing tourism sector.
