Cairo – Sharikat Mubasher: Tactful AI, a leading Egyptian innovator in artificial intelligence, announced it has invested over EGP 250 million to develop the region’s first end-to-end AI-powered customer experience platform, fully built in Egypt.
The milestone marks a major leap for the country's tech sector, with the startup now exporting its solutions to markets across the Middle East, the UK, and Europe, as per the company’s press release.
The company’s intelligent platform—designed to manage 100% of customer interactions across digital channels—has already helped clients boost digital revenue by up to 35% within months of deployment. With rising demand from sectors including telecom, government, and e-commerce, Tactful AI plans to ramp up investment, expand operations, and establish local support centers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Mohamed El-Masry, Tactful AI CEO and Co-founder, said the company’s broader goal is to position Egypt as a global exporter of AI technology, backed by strong R&D and local talent. With headquarters in Egypt and a UK base, Tactful AI is eyeing further growth through partnerships in Europe and the Gulf region.
