COMIN Insurance plans to expand into Saudi Arabia after acquiring Yallacompare.com, the leading finance comparison platform in the UAE and Middle East

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: COMIN Insurance Group, a key provider of innovative insurance solutions, aspires to strengthen its presence in the UAE and expand into Saudi Arabia within the upcoming period as part of its regional expansion strategy.

To deepen its business in the UAE, COMIN successfully acquired Yallacompare.com, a Dubai-based leading finance comparison platform, forming the largest digital insurance group in the region that covers Lebanon, Egypt, the UAE, Jordan, Cyprus, and Nigeria.

Roger Zaccar, Founding Partner of COMIN Insurance, affirmed that the acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s mission to scale the digital insurance sector.

By combining Yallacompare.com’s innovative platform with COMIN’s rapid regional expansion, this partnership aims to tailor an integrated system that serves clients in the best way possible.

Yallacompare enables users across nine markets in the MENA region to compare and apply for bank accounts, insurance policies, credit cards, loans, cars, and more. So far, it has raised over $9 million in venture capital funding.
