
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Prosperity7 Ventures, the $3 billion diversified growth fund of Aramco Ventures, announced its participation in a $110 million Series A funding round for the US-based AI compute infrastructure company, Velaura AI, along with other investors.
The round was led by Seligman Ventures, with participation from new and existing investors, including Capricorn Investment Group, Mayfield, Maverick Silicon, MARA, Premji Invest, Samsung Catalyst Fund, and StepStone Group, according to the official statement released by the US Company.
Velaura AI will use the new capital to accelerate the development and commercialization of its AI compute portfolio, including its recently announced Titan Core™ silicon platform.
The funding will also support Velaura AI in expanding its engineering and customer-facing teams, while deepening collaborations with strategic partners and customers developing next-generation AI infrastructure and Physical AI solutions.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Velaura develops ultra-low power silicon and software technologies that enable the next generation of AI infrastructure. Its solutions are designed for hyperscale data centers and Physical AI applications, including robotics, autonomous systems, and embodied intelligence.
