Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: U.S.-based semiconductor firm MemryX is deepening its footprint in Saudi Arabia with plans to open a Riyadh office in October 2025.
As per a recent press release, the Riyadh office will host MemryX’s general manager and vice president of business development, alongside newly formed engineering teams to support government, enterprise, and academic partners.
The move builds on the company’s partnership with NEOM and its recent membership in the National Semiconductor Hub, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 drive to become a global center for AI and advanced technologies.
Keith Kressin, the company’s CEO, said the Kingdom is fast emerging as a global hub for artificial intelligence and semiconductors, adding that the company aims to empower local talent and deliver AI solutions for safer, more efficient communities.
MemryX will host its global board meeting in Riyadh later this month, take part in the 2025 Future Investment Initiative, and sponsor the Saudi AI & Edge Computing Hackathon at Prince Sultan University on 24–25 October to train Saudi engineers on its AI hardware and software.
