Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Cityscape Global 2026 is set to bring together developers, investors, homebuyers, architects, policymakers and real estate innovators as Saudi Arabia’s property market continues to expand.
The event will take place from 16 to 19 November at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre in Malham, offering participants access to major projects, masterplans and developments across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The 2026 edition will feature more than 450 confirmed speakers, while 80% of professional attendees are purchasing decision-makers, according to Cityscape Global’s official website.
The event comes as Saudi Arabia’s homeownership rate reached 66.24% by the end of 2025, moving closer to the Vision 2030 target of 70%, according to the Saudi Press Agency. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing also reported that 107,000 housing units and developed land were provided during 2025.
