
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: solutions by stc, a leading digital transformation enabler in Saudi Arabia, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Tatweer Education Holding, through its subsidiary Tatweer Educational Technologies Company (TETCO), to develop and enhance the ‘Madares’ platform, the national unified platform for private-sector education services.
The agreement, signed during LEAP 2026, aims to establish an integrated operating model that supports the platform’s growth and expansion of its services, according to a statement released by the stc company yesterday.
Combining technical and operational expertise and capabilities of both companies, the partnership aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of services delivered through the platform, improve the experience of beneficiaries, including private schools, investors, parents, and students, and accelerate the development of digital solutions and services that respond to the sector’s evolving needs.
This collaboration will contribute to building a flexible and scalable operating model, enhancing transaction reliability and service delivery efficiency, and strengthening the role of the Madares platform as a unified gateway connecting the Ministry of Education with the private sector and beneficiaries.
LEAP2026 takes place from 31 August to 3 September under the theme “Into New Worlds,” bringing together thousands of companies, startups, investors, and technology experts. It is expected to attract more than 1,000 global speakers and experts, 1,800 technology companies, 600 startups, and 1,900 investors and venture capital representatives.
