The expansion, marked by the launch of a new office in Riyadh, represents a significant milestone in 36Zero’s long-term commitment to reshaping the future of construction and urban development, the company announced in a statement today.

The UK company has stepped into the Saudi market early on, building a robust foothold by serving a range of giga projects like NEOM and New Murabba. It also forged strategic partnerships with major Saudi public and private sector entities, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Shamal Technologies, and WhiteHelmet.
